Ingredients

1 bottle of Prosecco or Asti (any sweet sparkling wine)
5 strawberries
3 edible flowers, different colors
24 karat gold, edible dust
Clean, unused paint brush

Directions

Paint each strawberry with gold edible dust (reference photo for plating idea).
Dust four of the five berries with gold dust, and thinly slice the fifth berry and place in a fan shape for an extra flourish.
