Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Prosecco or Asti any sweet sparkling wine
  • 5 strawberries
  • 3 edible flowers different colors
  • 24 karat gold edible dust
  • clean, unused paint brush

Instructions

  • Paint each strawberry with gold edible dust (reference photo for plating idea).
  • Dust four of the five berries with gold dust, and thinly slice the fifth berry and place in a fan shape for an extra flourish.
