Butter one side of each piece of bread
Press the parmesan cheese into the butter. The more parmesan the better!
Lay both pieces of bread on a cold non-stick frypan.
Add the gouda cheese to one piece of bread and the vampire cheese to the other slice.
Add the jam to one side of bread
Cover the frypan with either a lid or tin foil and turn the heat to medium low to medium.
After 3-4 minutes, take a peek under the bread to see if it is toasted. If not, let sit a couple more minutes. The gouda & vampire cheese should be melting.
Once parmesan is golden brown, assemble the sandwich.
