tri-color rotini

sodium citrate

granulated garlic

thick bacon
cooked & chopped

medium
fresh jalapeno
chopped
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Boil pasta according to package directions
In a medium saucepan, heat the milk, water & champagne until it starts to simmer, do not let it boil.
Add the cheese, sodium citrate, garlic, salt and pepper. Continue stirring until cheese is completely melted.
Once cheese is melted, add bacon and jalapeno.
Add drained pasta and serve.
