Deep Fried Croissant French Toast

1 heavy bottom or cast iron pan
1 immersion blender
Ingredients

eggs
beaten

Tbsp
vanilla extract

tsp
cardamon
or to taste

tsp
cinnamon
or to taste

croissants
cut into thirds
Instructions
Heat oil to 350 degrees in heavy bottom or cast-iron pan.
Using an immersion blender, mix all ingredients except for the croissants
Once fully mixed, soak the cut croissants in the batter.
Gently remove croissants from batter and deep fry until golden brown.
Serve with warmed syrup, butter, and/or powdered sugar.
