Coffee Brulee Steak

Ingredients
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Johnny or Lowry’s Seasoning Salt
- ½ - 1 tsp fine ground coffeeCombine all ingredients.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cook steak to desired temperature.
- Just before serving, pull steak off of heat and sprinkle on all sides.
- Return steak to the heat for 15 – 20 seconds per side.
