This salad is a great way to start any meal. These easy directions will make you a hit with your family.

Ingredients 
Salad

  • One bag of Spring Mix
  • Diced Pears & Apples
  • Candie Almonds
  • Dried Cranberries

Lemon Vinaigrette

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons minced shallot
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper

Combine salad ingredients. Add all vinaigrette ingredients in a Vita Mix or food processor and blend until fully incorporated. Mix salad and dressing.
