Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Johnny or Lowry’s Seasoning Salt
- 1/2 – 1 teaspoon fine ground coffee
Directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- Cook steak to desired temperature.
- Just before serving, pull steak off of heat and sprinkle on all sides.
- Return steak to the heat for 15 – 20 seconds per side.
Coffee Brulee Steak
