Ingredients
- Parmesan cheese, shredded
- Jam of choice, such as Raspberry, Strawberry, Blackberry, etc
- 1 slice of Gouda Cheese
- 1 slice Vampire Slayer Cheese
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- Butter
Directions
- Butter one side of each piece of bread
- Press the parmesan cheese into the butter. The more parmesan the better!
- Lay both pieces of bread on a cold non-stick frypan.
- Add the gouda cheese to one piece of bread and the vampire cheese to the other slice.
- Add the jam to one side of bread
- Cover the frypan with either a lid or tin foil and turn the heat to medium low to medium.
- After 3-4 minutes, take a peek under the bread to see if it is toasted. If not, let sit a couple more minutes. The gouda & vampire cheese should be melting.
- Once parmesan is golden brown, assemble the sandwich.
