This pizza is great for those busy mornings. It can be made quickly and will satisfy those picky eaters. Play around with the fruit toppings. This will be great with just about any seasonal fruit.
Ingredients
- 6 small Naan (5-inch diameter)
- ½ stick of melted butter (4 Tbsp.)
- Kosher salt
- Blackberries
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Two Bananas
- Cream cheese 8oz. softened
- 2 Tbsp of sugar
Directions
- Mix cream cheese and sugar together until thoroughly combined. Do not refrigerate, set aside.
- Take naan and brush with melted butter generously on both sides. On the bottom of the naan, lightly sprinkle with less than a pinch of kosher salt. Lightly toast both sides on medium heat in a frying pan. This will give you a very buttery taste! After toasting till golden brown on each side, let sit until cooled. Once cooled, spread cream cheese on the naan and add fresh fruit to your liking. For serving, cut each naan into fourths (like a pizza).
